Setting up SMTP Mail Server in MT4 for TX Alerts

There are few proven ways to send alerts via email from MT4. Most important these are all methods that doesn’t cost money (ie Free!). Do note that some of the above might not work for you.
Yahoo/ AOL email (only these 2 email providers; others do not work due to provider restriction)
- Email Relay (for advanced users only)
- www.stunnel.org (this method allows you to use gmail, however, pls read instruction in stunnel website as getting it to work is quite random)

Students have encountered problems with Yahoo/AOL. New method is to set up email alerts with TurboSMTP service.

3 easy steps to set up GMX SMTP. This is the recommended solution. Previous solutions Yahoo and AOL are now completely obsolete.
